Resipi: Butter Prawn

Assalamualaikum and hello :D

Malam malam ni rasa nak share satu resepi pulak. Butter Prawn :P Baru try masak resipi ni tengah hari tadi and jadi jugak :D Sedap ~~ Tapi sedih lupa nak ambil gambar hasil kerja kiteorang (me and my mom :P) coz  abg & adik saya dah gatah semua udang sampai habis. isshh isshh, sedih sedih :'( Nah, saya kasi gambar example je. Thanks Pak Cik Google :) Chef Thinie akan kasi detail detail untuk masak resipi ni :D Hope korang berjaya ^^

Bahan-bahan yang diperlukan ~

- 1 kg udang besar/udang galah /udang harimau-belah belakangnya
- Minyak
- 250 gm unsalted butter (unsalted tu tak masin okey)
- 5 ulas bawang putih (dah dicincang)
- 6 biji cili api (cincang, jangan pedas sangat nnt tak sedap)
- 8 biji kuning telur (yolk je tau, yang kuning tu)
- 250ml susu cair full cream
- Aji no moto (sikit je)
- Garam
- Gula
- 1 sudu teh sos ikan

Cara-cara memasaknya 

Perap udang dengan garam then goreng dalam minyak panas selama 2 minit hingga bertukar warna. Jangan masak sangat lepas tu toskan. Pukul kuning telur dan susu hingga kembang-kembang :P Panaskan kuali masukkan mentega dan biarkan mentega tu cair perlahan-lahan. Tumis bawang putih hingga kuning dan masuk cili api then kacau. Masukkan bancuhan telur dan kacau hingga dah mula pekat, masukkan daun kari, sos ikan, udang goreng, gula, garam dan serbuk perasa. Kacau hingga bersarang dan garing. Kalau nak lebih bersarang, petuanya kuali itu kena betul2 panas. Toskan kejap hilangkan minyak-minyak tu semua. Alihkan ke pinggan dan hidangkan.

Raya Qurban

Assalamualaikum to Muslim readers and hello :)

Tomorrow is Raya Qurban but I've to post about raya qurban earlier because I'll gone for a few days starting today. Selamat Hari Ray Qurban :) Bagi lelaki, jangan takut nak join pak imam dan lain-lain sembelih lembu. Join je, dapat pengalaman :) Dan bagi perempuan, jangan 'dok' menghadap depan skring laptop atau komputer, pi tolong mak kat dapur masak for tomorrow. Saya dah tolong plus merasmikan sekali kat rumah wan tadi :D Sekejap lagi nak bertolak balik kampung kat Perak pulak. Malam esok ade Majlis Cukur Jambul (betul ke ejaannye?) for my aunty's new baby boy, Muhamed Fareedz Nubaid. Tak sabrnye ^^ Oke la, got to go now. Need to pack up my stuff. Last Week

Assalamualaikum and hello :)

happy MONDAY ! teehee :) i got a week to rest. Thank you school, I LOVE YOU ! I will tell u today about 'Last Week' hehe. First, i want to say sorry to those who read this post as I was gone for a week . Last week, I went to Port Dickson with my classmate. I had so much fun with them. First, we play water but I didn't. I just play at the seashore :) A few minute later, some of my classmate were interested to ride a Banana Boat. Actually, I want to join but I'm scared because i can't swim. Hehe :)  A few hour later, my friend Aika had planned to play 'Explorace' game. At the last clue, we were given 15 min to make a giant artwork of 'KAMI SAYANG GEMILANG 96'. After finished doing that messy artwork at the beach, we were given a break to play or rest. Some of my 'GIRL'friends went to the sea and some of them and the boys playing futsal at the beach. I just watched them under the tree as my foot was injured on that time. Pity me :'( Then, we had lunch and playing around. Before going back home, we play two games. First, OMS. It's like someone give one short idiom and then act the way.... aaarrrgghhh. I don't know how to explain this game but we had fun playing this game. Then, we play a game (no name). But i call it 'Tembak' game. Example, I need to 'tembak' someone with saying other name and the person who got 'tembak' need to 'tembak' a person that I said to him/her. Pretty LOVE this game and my group won. hahaha. There's a funny moment when I was playing this game. My friend and I were the only member from our group got to the final round. We VS the first group ( Zarul and Raja ). When I wanted to 'tembak' my friend, I was stammer when I wanted to say Zarul's name. I almost forgot his name. Jajajajajaja....Rul ~ At the end, I said Jarul. wkakakaaka, sorry Zarul. In the bus, the girls were so LOUD mostly those who love KPOP and ELF. They were dancing and singing. Having a great day with my classmate there :)
